Wastewater Treatment [Introduction to Onsite & SPS 383/385]

This session will begin with an introduction to factors that affect wastewater treatment in soil.  It will include an overview of onsite treatment techniques with an emphasis on the role of soil in treating wastewater.  This session will end with a summary of state administrative rules from SPS 383/385 that are pertinent to conducting soil and site evaluations for onsite treatment systems.
