RN Refresher-Clinical

This course, the third and final of the series, consists of completing 100 clinical hours at a CVTC affiliated clinical partner site. The clinical experience is coordinated by the CVTC Clinical Coordinator based on preceptor availability and with consideration of the student’s clinical interest. In order to complete requirements for the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing, all three components of the RN Refresher course must be completed. The three courses include RN Refresher-Theory, RN Refresher-Skills, and RN Refresher-Clinical. These courses must be completed in sequential order and within one year of the start of the RN Refresher-Theory course. Students registering for a fall start date must complete the three courses by the end of the summer term of the following year. Students registering for a spring start date must complete the three courses by the end of the fall term of that year.
