Fire AppDriver/Op-Pumper Cert

This course prepares firefighters to drive and operate fire department emergency apparatus. The course presents theories of hydraulics as applied to the fire service, with emphasis on mathematics, and formulas used in operating fire apparatus pumps. Students receive lecture and practical training on maintenance, driving, operating on-board pumps and equipment, and apparatus testing.
