This training applies to employees exposed to electrical hazards. This course addresses the hazards associated with electrical energy and the corresponding safety work practices. This course also addresses the procedural requirements of working safe on live electrical lines/equipment. More specifically this course addresses the skills and techniques needed to avoid a shock , and the method(s) of determining the cell line working zone boundaries. It is recommended that each company participate in additional technical assistance that is appropriate to train to the hands-on requirements of the hazards they are exposed to.
