If you need you and your people to become more effective communicators, solve problems more easily, work together and support each other, this class is perfect.

Decades of research now point to emotional intelligence as being the critical factor that sets star performers apart from the rest.  Emotional Intelligence (EI/EQ) is more important than IQ in almost every role and many times more important in leadership roles.   It is a set of skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

You will benefit from this session by:
• Completing an insightful emotional intelligence assessment
• Leveraging the insights of self-awareness and relationship management to help prevent problems
• Exploring emotional intelligence best practices and develop personalized action plans to further enhance these abilities and traits for your organizational leaders

Cost includes the assessment.  Assessment is for one person.
